Baba ji moved from Kartar Pur in search of a peace and calm place to spent rest of their life in the devotion of God. During the course of their search they reached the destination Mehri village. Babaji sat under the chilly shadow of plum tree in for worship. In the meantime a shepherd came to babaji and told babaji that a spirit used to live in this tree. He used to eat everyone who move around nearby in this whole arena. It's better if you go somewhere else for for your worship. Babaji denied the perposal of shepherd and told him to leave the place. Suddenly a sound starts generating in a horrible way and a spirit came into physical existence and told babaji that its better if you leave this place otherwise i will eat you. During this span of time babaji keeps on listening everything in a silent manner. The spirit was showing his pretended power to babaji by doing the activities like throwing the stone on babaji or terrifying babaji with horribe sounds, fire etc. But babaji persisted in their place and at last babaji prisoned him in a cage. Now as usually happens its the turn of the spirit to apologies for his mistake. At last babaji forgave the spirit known as naharsingh vir and ordered him to take charge of dholi dhar. Nahar Singh veer had also promised babaji to be thier attendant throuhout their life and even today he is fulfilling his duty.
